They are just wrong for what they are doing

My Mom who passed away in 08 had been a customer for years and purchased many games. When she died I downloaded all her games so I could play since she wasn't here. One of my favorite games wouldn't download. I wrote them and got 2 replies telling me to follow the same directions to see if the download would work. I did everything to a T 2 times. I wrote back saying it didn't work. I've written 3 times since 1/22. Since it was paid for I think they should help more with the problem of downloading or just let me have the game since they can see it was purchased. SO ANGRY becuz customer service is horrible and they don't make things right with a loyal customer.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. they found my old acct and emailed me and gave me all the info I needed to get my games.

I CHANGED MY EMAIL AND THEY NEVER CHANGED IT IN THEIR SYSTEM SO MY GAMES ARE SOMEWHERE OUT THERE. I SENT THEM ALL THE GAMES MISSING, LICENSE #, DATES PURCHASED, AND ADDRESS AT THE TIME THEY SAY THEY NEED MY EMAIL AT THE TIME OF ORDER FIRST ORDER WAS IN 08, 09 WHICH I HAD IN COMPUTER AND MY OLD EMAILS SAYING NOT VALID

I SENT GAME HOUSE ANOTHER EMAIL ABOUT MY GAMES, IT CAME BACK SAYING INVALID EMAIL. I ALSO SENT CEO A LETTER STATING THE PROBLEM, LISTED GAMES, AND LICENSE # STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM ANYONE.

I AM GOING TO SEND A LETTER WITH ALL INFO TO THE ATTY. GENERAL AND SEE IF THEY CAN DO ANYTHING.

THE COMPANY SHOULD NOT EVEN BE IN BUSINESS. THEY WANT YOUR MONEY RIGHT NOW BUT WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM THEY COMPLETELY IGNORE YOU.

Transfer game to new device

I've been trying since April 29th to get some assistant I've been trying to transfer all of my information and game into my new device you all said that it was something that you all had to do on your end I've tried to get a hold to somebody for the past four days been sending all kind of emails y'all said y'all will get back what's up with us within 48 hours no one has got back with me so how am I supposed to play my game if no one is getting back with me to transfer my stuff to my new device

Paying but GameHouse doesn't recognize my membership even though it does recognize my login. Still in Trail Mode and can't change it.

I've been a member for a very long time and all of a sudden I can't play anything because my "Membership" says I'm in Trial Mode. I'm not, and I'll be cancelling my membership if this isn't cleared up in three (3) days.

Unlock purchased game

I signed in on my account and all my purchased games were locked. I needed to redownload my chuzzle game. I couldn;t do it.
